Should I?

I have found a 67 shortbed F100, 302 auto (something I have wanted a LONG time) and the guy might be willing to trade for my 4Runner.

It has no rust bed and tailgate are really nice and it runs and drives great.

My gut says do it, it will be something i will cherish.

What says the hive?

I have a huge collection of 79'-61' but nothing that restored at the moment. I'd only hope someone would offer me a 4-runner for anything of mine when the time comes...

Just an FYI, that is indeed the correct grill / bed / and side emblems for a '67 for that was a unique year. The mirrors were added some time since production but sometimes were a "dealer" option. Not much information out there for specific year aftermarket mirrors provided by factory. Too many variables...

Nice find!

Trade. You can always pick up another 4runner down the road. It is getting harder and harder to find nice old trucks.

This..... Toyotas are a dime a dozen. That truck is nice

this X whatever!
Opportunities like this don't come often.

Think about it thsi way - if for osme reason, in a year you regret your decision, you'd have no problem finding somebody to trade you their 4runner for that truck...

It seems to be a solid driver, not a $10K truck but pretty nice.

It doesn't have AC..... but I could deal with it.

Thanks for the advice fellas. I think it would clean up well. Spend a little on arm rests and get the seat upholstered. New chrome from bumper. Plain steel wheels and factory hubcaps....

Sweet! As long as there's nothing bad lurking under the paint from previous bad repairs, it looks like a great starting platform for something cool.

That is the biggest thing I worry about. I asked her if there was any rust repair and she said not that she knew.
1967 and in the western part of the state might be bad.

They have the windshield and door panel chrome trim.

I am sorry to report that deal didn't work out.

Probably for the best. "All things work together for good...."
