shoulder harness height

I'm working on installing my harness. it looks like the pockets on the shoulders of my seats are too low. where should I put my bar?

No more then 15 degrees below your shoulders

Here is 15 degrees, Can I use the pockets or not? I'm thinking not which sucks. The belts are just gonna flap around.

Mastercraft told me +/- 3" from your shoulder height.
