Signatures?

So Ive always been pretty active on forums over the years (TahoeYukonforum) (GMT400) (GMFS) and pirate4x4 for a while. Most of those forums Regulars , Myself included use to have Signatures with little pictures of trucks or something funny picture. I don't see that a lot here.I know with BIG signatures they can clog up a thread rather quickly and it gets mundane seeing them all the time but is that a "no no" here or am I missing something. I mean I see a lot of guys with funny quotes or sayings but no pictures. I seen the testing ground for them just curious is all. don't want to agitate anyone or cause a ruckus lol. :buttkick:
 
Many moons ago I recall on one of the boards I was on.... maybe ProtegeGarage, they opened up the sig space and somebody forgot to cap it.
It got out of hand quickly. One dude started using it to list everything he had for sale. It took forever to scroll through threads. That ended pretty fast, lol.

Yea something similar happened on TYF years ago people were using full size photos. the fix was 600x200 photos only with a max of 30 something KB If I remember correctly. I personally like a creative signature. gives the threads some flair.
