We're gonna be in Staley for the Liberty antique festival this weekend and was lookin for somewhere to eat.Google showed several places but wanted to know where the locals eat.Have a preference for Mex/tex-mex but open to about anything thats good.

So he is open early and closes at 2 and only has outdoor seating but....for great eats try Sammy's Main Street grill in Staley. Just up the rd from the festival. Be a good lunch or breakfast grab.

Brownie Lou's and Johnson's
Not sure when you last ate at Brownie Lu's but it's definitely not what it used to be. 10 years ago, that was my favorite place to eat. It's been a couple years since I last ate there since it was so bad last time I went. Maybe it's got better again.

If you going to be in Staley need to go by Sammy's get you a fry bologna sandwich the best one you'll ever have... It's the thick cut bologna..
It's called Main st grill.

Hmm ate there about a month ago and it was pretty good. Maybe I ate to many MRE's and my tastes aren't so refined anymore.

Talking about Liberty and the area, anyone eat at Kidds lately? started eating there in the 70's when Buster Kidd was the cook. I know he passed awhile ago, place any good still?
