LAS VEGAS - Thirteen years to the day after being acquitted of killing his wife and her friend in Los Angeles, O.J. Simpson was found guilty of robbing two sports-memorabilia dealers at gunpoint in a Las Vegas hotel room.

The 61-year-old former football star was convicted of all 12 counts late Friday after jurors deliberated for more than 13 hours. He released a heavy sigh as the charges were read and was immediately taken into custody.

I didn't know he was 61. :confused: Thought he was alot younger.
 
Serves his happy-ass right......get away w/ killing his wife & got to jail jacking off about some sports crap. Oh, the irony!! I hope he gets to meet Bubba & his little "friend".

He was NFL Player of the Year in 1973 and inducted into the Hall of Fame in 85.

'94 was the infamous double murder.

Same age age as my dad - ad ya gotta admit, looks pretty good for his age. Shows what money can do for you, eh.
 
wow he got away with a double homicide but couldnt get away with stealin his own chit back
 
You guys realize that's a death sentance, right?

Every convict behind bars wants to be the man that offs OJ.

The man CLEARLY did not commit a crime in this case as the victims testified at no time did they feel threatened by OJ nor was he robbed at gun point by OJ. McClinton took the situation over and turned it into a robbery. IS OJ and accomplice, possibly but he wasnt charged with that. He was convicted by the emotions of a previous trial.

Not only that, but since everyone could of done a better job prosecuting him than the LA county prosecuter and is so convinced of his guilt back then that you feel its okay to send an innocent man to jail even though 13 years later there still isnt any hard evidence that puts OJ on the other side of the knife.

Everyone was sure there were WMDs in Iraq, just cause it's the general consesus doesnt mean it's right.
 
He was going to take these items by force, not a check book.

So let me get this straight.
Two people are brutally knifed to death in a multi million dollar home. Not one penny was taken from the home. And one off the deceased happenss to be the x wife of a man and has a restraining order against him....and there is no evidnce that anyone else was near, yet you think the boogie man knifed Ron.....right.

Point is.... according to the U.S. Justice system... he was innocent. The facts failed to prove that he did it.

The orders specifically given to jurors is that any previous knowledge about the defendant MAY NOT be used against him in the current case.
Unf we all know that most people simply cannot do that.

IMO, OJ was crewed on this one from the get-go. Don't get me wrong, he put himself in that position, but he didn't have even a long shot at a fair trial.
