Flip that coin around... Someone sees your concealed at work. No threat No danger. Your fired on the spot. And if its posted no firearm you'll loose your CCW permit. But hey... if you're prepared for the consequences of your actions, break whatever laws/policies you want.
If someone sees me concealing at work then I've done something wrong and I deserve the consequences.
This is all so pie in the sky anyway. It's never going to happen. You'd have to have several 1 in a million ifs come true to justify this discussion.

believe me...I wouldnt waste paint painting a picture for you. nothing to paint.
Just has me curious because....you see all these people who are mentally unstable shooting up schools, navy yards, etc....you never know...
(but then again I work in a protected facility where all firearms are prohibited as a federal offense and a state where a CCW isn't an option)
I'm still new at this, so forgive my ignorance. If they "see" your concealed carry firearm, it's no longer concealed and in fact "open" is it not? I thought that open carry was allowed in NC without a permit. I really need to take a class.
its not a question of what is allowed in NC, it's a question of what the company policy is.
If a company has a policy of "You're fired if you bring a gun onto our premises", and you violate that policy then you are gambling your job.
