I'm trying to find Parts for this 97 Daewoo DSL801 Skidsteer I have. I've looked quite a bit, called a lot of places and nobody seems to know how to get parts for this thing.
Anyone happen to know any parts suppliers, companies or such where and how I could source parts? Or is there another brand of Skidsteer that parts are interchangeable with.
I need drive motor seal kit (right side is weaker than left, research points to drive motor seals being culprit)
Main Hydro pump seals leak at the top so need seal kit for that
And of course just in general would like to know how to source parts for it in the future. Thanks for any guidance!!

I refer to "main hydro pump" as the big pump that is mounted to the bellhousing of the motor...forgive my terminology or lack of

It's likely a gray market machine, you're going to have a hard time finding parts... Conequip can probably help you. You will need a manual in order to put those drive motors back together and have them work more than 10 minutes. Good luck

I know in the machine tool world, Daewoo became Doosan, which became DN Solutions in the past few months. Not sure that any of that carries over to the heavy equipment side, but I think it does. Also, Bobcat is part of Doosan, so maybe check with your nearest Bobcat dealer and see if they know anything.

well unless there's something way different than the Bobcat drivemotors, those are pretty easy to do from several videos I watched. I guess I'm "hoping" the Daewoo ones are similar lol. First finding the parts is the key, I'll get it fixed no matter. I'll call Conquip in the am, thanks dude.

James River [John Deere], did carry them, in Charlotte. Not sure if they still do. Internet search would have you up all night, chasing leads! James River = parts look up on-line 24/7!

yessir I did just that before coming here and asking for help. It's been quite aggravating but surely somebody out there gotta have stuff or know of part interchange.
It's weaker on the right side and from my research, at least from Bobcat skids, it seems the drive motor on that side is usually the culprit. It still works good but right side is slower to turn/steer or move forward, bucket hydraulics work perfect along with everything else.

I got so busy today, I forgot driving by ACT equipment dealer, in Charlotte. Checking them out, they do carry Doosan Excavators, but not skidsteer. Then in looking them up, I see back in 2021, or earlier, Doosan launched a Huge Factory in Statesville. Their headquarters, moved to Charlotte, and at some point, merged with Bobcat! I've been in & out of Charlotte Bobcat, but haven't seen any signs or products by Doosan.

So yesterday I had tires off the ground on this thing, and the right side (which is the weaker side/slower) when pushing the tires by hand it feels "catchy" or "notchy", left side are very smooth to turn and much much harder to turn by hand than the right side. Does that tell anyone anything?
and I found out the drive motors are Danfoss which I'm pretty sure that is a common motor...still trying to locate a seal kit/rebuild kit since a new unit is $900 figured if the rebuild/seal kits are cheap enough, I'll just redo both motors.
Danfoss OMT 250 V
No 151B2092 2
I did manage to fix the big leak on top of the main hydro pump? that bolts to the bellhousing..that did make a difference so far, it was for the right side and it made it a little faster/better but still slower than the left...progress though right lol

$900 is actually a really good deal.
Yeah when i read that, I know what I would do. Heck, the leaky drive motor for my zero turn is almost twice that!

95% chance there is more to the issue than a seal kit. $900 is actually a really good deal. Should be very easy to find a danfoss omt seal kit though.
i know lol, i guess I'm basing it off the bobcat guys hoping it's like their issues when this happens. I guess the seals go bad and it "bypasses" fluids therefor it's slow?? Idk, I'm actually trying to find someone who works on these to come out and pay them for 1hr to go through the whole machine just showing me/telling me how the whole system works so I can better understand what i'm looking at, what does what, etc..
(I think they're 900 unless I was looking at the wrong motor lol)
