Installed a SJ dual steering stabilizer on my 99 Ram 1500 and had a install question.
The pass side tie rod bracket has got the stabilizer bushing at an angle as can be seen in the pics.
The driver side, looks ok but wanted to double check to see if I have it mounted in the correct spot.
Also noticed after installing and taking for a test ride, it feels as though I felt some play occasionally in the pass side tire that I don't think was there before.
What do you think guys?

What was the need to put a stabilizer on? Did you have bump steer or death wobble? With the proper steering geometry they aren't really needed. Ever since I upgraded my steering I haven't ran one and haven't had any issues.

As for the play in your steering, you may want to check all the TRE's and balljoints plus wheel bearings.

It had a single stabilizer on it when I bought the truck and I had got a really good deal on the dual stabilizer so threw it on more or less.
No issues atm anyhow with bump steer or death wobble although Im sure the truck would benefit from having the steering components upgraded.
