Our last house had a 1/4 mile straight gravel driveway and everybody would fly down it. I pushed up two pretty aggressive speed humps in it and that fixed it for the most part. The first couple times they got hit hard enough to rearrange the trucks. They were pretty big though but I had no reason to fly down my own driveway so it worked. They made pretty decent 4 wheeler jumps too. I also had an old stop sign randomly placed on the driveway and it was pretty funny to watch people stop at it and then realize there was no real reason for it.

Or a speed rated crash gate. Go ahead and buy a wrecker to so you can charge to haul it off.
