Moving back to North Carolina has been a blessing. When I moved I brought my buddy with me from Louisiana. He got out of the military a couple years ago so to medical issues. He has already lined up work here locally to get some cash in the pocket until he can find something better and will be staying with me until he can get his feet under him. The biggest thing is going to be getting him a small A to B car so he isn’t catching rides all the time. This isn’t a next week kind of thing but if anyone comes across something for $1k or less that won’t constantly need work it would be awesome. He is a good dude and has gone way out on a limb moving here to try and make a new stand so I’m trying to help him out.

I had an old Buick lesabre I gave to a disabled Vet about 8 years ago. Guy gave me a mossberg 500 in return. The car ran great. It was a 91 model with only 68k miles on it. Probably still running strong. Id look into getting something like that. Very easy to work on if needed.

Ladies and gentlemen I would like to say a HUGE thank you to @Lizooki!!! His amazing generosity is absolutely awesome. Last weekend he reached out to me in regards to a vehicle for my buddy Charlie. Today we hooked the trailer up and drove from Aberdeen to Walnut Cove and a great little S10 followed us home! He DONATED it to Charlie as a thanks for his service and best of luck to him getting his feet under him for a better life here in NC! Absolutely mind blowing!! We will be giving it a full clean up and diagnosing what it needs to get it back on the road. Once again I’d like to say how amazing he and the members of this community are!!
