small fabrication for trailer in HKY

Hi,
I am working on the second stage for building a small camping trailer based on a bantam model.
The trailer needs to have some parts fabricated and I am looking for someone to fabricate the parts at a reasonable price.
The parts are I need are the following:
- widen the fender from 9 3/4 to 14 inches for covering the larger wheels size
- fabricate some bolt on nerf bar to cover the sections located to the front (22 1/2 by 14 inches) and to the back (16 1/2 by 14 inches) of the fender
I would appreciate if you have anyone to suggest in the Hickory area.

more addition to the trailer

some more work was completed with the addition of trays to the front and back of the fender.
Been jamming fabricated and I primed, painted and assembled. Everything fits like a glove, Ben is talented considering that he didn't have the trailer to check dimensions as he was making the parts but he just sketched them the first time i met him.

the trays getting painted with undercoating at the bottom and flat black everywhere else.
