I got one a few months ago, love mine so far! I read alot of negative reviews about the touch screen and slow processor, but I haven't had a complaint yet. If I had to gripe about something it would be the ton of "bloatware" that is pre-installed. It's pretty tough, I've dropped it, kicked it, and gotten it wet and it's still going. Maybe it would break if you could get Chuck Norris and Jesus to roundhouse kick it simutaneusly...
