Smart TV trouble

Weve got a smart TV that will not connect to Amazon or Hulu. Was working fine a week ago. Any suggestions on who to call to come out and fix it?

Mine does that sometimes and a simple unplug for 30 seconds seems to fix. Most of them have a reboot or reset option as well. Beyond the simple stuff I've got nothing.

Yes, it says it needs an update but i cant figure it out. My 15 minutes of patience with electronics has been used up. Im ready to call the man. I just dont know who the man to call is.

I tried unplugging it for about a minute, but that did not help.

What model number and brand is the tv

maybe it's not so smart.....

Wife fixed it. She called Samsung and they provided some special code to reset it.
