Smartphone advice, anyone?

How? Is it an app? What's a GO spot?
 
not sure how other phone manufacturers work but I just had some issues w/ my Iphone last week (over heating and not working)... took it to the Apple Store @ Friendly Center and they ran a few tests and handed me a brand new phone... works for me...

Verizon was going to send me a "refirbushed" phone... I said no thanks..

Just curious if Samsung, etc. offer the same?
 
GO spots should be geo spots. sorry.

There are several apps that allow you to do all that free.
