Ive had the same pair of smiths for almost 5 years now, they started to de-laminate a little bit around the frame so i sent them in to see if that was covered in warranty. it was but the model i send was no longer made so they gave me a credit large enough to cover 1 pair of the 2 closest models to what i had, both models are a good bit more than retail price of the ones i had. they got the sunglasses yesterday and i have a new pair on the way today.

Top notch customer service and standing behind their warranty.
