Smoked Bologna

I know the potential of this thread...... but seriously, thoughts on putting this on the smoker?

I'd try a mesquite, thick slice it and make a grilled cheese using pepper jack.
Pair it with funyuns or cheese puffs and a mellow yellow.

i think a sweet wood like apple would be good to use. I also think it would be cool to stuff with a cheddar or pepper jack before smoking.
