After my knee replacement, I downloaded the PT instructions and did all the therapy home, alone. 5 weeks and I was pulling the engine from the jeep to continue the therapy. 6 weeks I was back to work. Hope you heal as well as I did!

I am doing good for what i went through. Most of the minor injuries i have has healed. I have a lot of soft tissue and muscle damage in my rt foot and still swelled can't put a shoe on. I can get around pretty good on a knee scooter. Still can't put weight on my foot Doctor's orders. I have been going to therapy for a few weeks now. I go back to the doctor Jan 7th he said if everything keeps going good as it has been going i might can start putting weight on it then. Still have a few more months to go before i will walk without some kind of support if everything goes good.

That’s good to hear. I hope it keeps going “smoothly”. Just glad you’re still with us!!
