I just removed my center cap from one of my wheels just to take a peak. My Jeep has a 5 on 5 pattern, which I already knew. Now tell me why there are 10 holes.

Yep, two different bolt patterns.
 
You can measure from one lug center to the outside of the opposite lug with a 5 bolt pattern. But if you're running them on a jk with 5x5 then that looks to be a 5x4.5 in between. Probably not going to be 5x4.75 on a truck wheel.

I think you are right.....I measured and it seems to be 5 on 4.5 and 5 on 5. I can't find a model number anywhere that matches up to anything on the Internet. Thanks for all the help guys!
 
They are not out of business, I just can't find the model number on the wheel itself. Maybe it's inside under the tire. I'm not taking the tires off right now so I guess I'll have to wait on that.
