Someone rolled my buggy!

About a month ago we had a big race in Mountain City. It was very cold, but still everything went well. After the race someone ... umm ... "borrowed" my buggy for a minute. Here's a video of what they did during that minute.

How did someone "borrow" your buggy? I cant watch the video at work, but I would be upset! You know the person?

It was my friend Pat. No key - just a push button start. I wasn't upset though. No harm done and he helps me fix it anyway.
