Something special at URE

Saw this guy at URE, he was wearing a rock climbing helmet riding around the forest on the roof. The vehicle had open seats and 2 guys walking beside it... They moved out of our way when we came upon them but it was something to see.

Saw the same thing this weekend. Very strange looking. Later in the day some guys in a pickup were looking for them. Apparently it was some sort of team building exercise. The guy driving was blind folded and had to rely on the other guys for direction. When we passed them, they had simulated a failure by disabling the Scout somehow. There were also guys inside wearing the rock climbing helmets as well.
