Wifes camry has hit 125k. I figure its time to do the plugs in it. I have no idea what the difference is between all these different options. A little help in choosing what is best or would be a factory replacement would be appreciated. Its a 2012 with the 3.5 by the way.

For exact replacement, you want the #3426. Stay away from Bosch. All others will work, but the cheaper ones may not last as long. Have fun with that rear bank.

Didn't look at your article but I know it won't be fun. That's why I asked instead of just buying any old plug. I want what ever lasted this long so I don't have to do it for another 8 years.

Go with the OEM plug. I always do. Never Bosch or Autolite. Ngk or denso is good. Originals are likely iridium. They're likely $12-14 per plug but hey, you don't have to do it often! I stay with OE spec stuff always, since the mfr researched, chose the plug & based it on design. What's that saying? Buy once, cry once?

I bought Autolite Iridium for my DD (05 Hyundai Sonata). They've been in since the week of Thanksgiving, 124,xxx on the odometer. Mainly posting this so I'll have a record of when I changed them out to see how long they last, assuming I'll have the car that long.

From what I could tell, if your OE spec was copper tip or something you wouldn't have any problems going to iridium, but if your OE spec was iridium you don't want to put anything less in there.
