Speedo and tach not working

Long shot, a 2004 F53 V-10 chassis in a RV. Speedo will go to 40mph, stop and won’t go any further. Tach does not move at all, but the cruise control works. Any suggestions on what to troubleshoot. New one on me. Thanks

In Chevy Silverado it’s usually a bad electrical connection to the gage cluster not sure with ford
