anyone ever done this?, if so any pictures/prices on how much it cost would be good....also how its holding up

I've done a couple of them back when I had my bedliner business. Held up pretty well from what they told me later, and looked good too.

well i called a few shops today and the cheapest was $120....was kinda thinking it would be alittle cheaper than that....still thinking about it though

they have been on my step bars for 10 years. Holding up fine.
$120 is ridiculous. I wouldn't pay more than 50.
Can you take them off and leave them at the shop so they can spray it when they are spraying another truck ?

Seems to hold up great from our past customers. What are they going on?
$125 is going rate here for a pair of full size truck step bars. If they're on a TJ or something we could knock that price down some.
There's quite a bit of product used to spray round stuff like a step bar. Unfortunately 1/3 of it is usually waste on smaller stuff like that. It also takes a bit of skill in the spray booth to avoid turning a round tube into a hexagon or square shape.
The original poster is a bit far away from us but if you ever get this way I'll make you a deal.

yeah i dont have a problem at all with leaving them for a few days or whatever....but yeah $50 is kinda what i thought it was gonna be to begin with but that changed after the first call
-and yeah thats what the shops were telling me, since theyre off of a crew cab f250, not sure where burlinton is at but if i ever do stuble through there ill try to look you up
