Spring over trailer

Can a spring over be done on a car trailer with drop axles ?

Sure. I had a lowered jet ski trailer in college. If you can go one way, you can go the other.
 
Are you trying to get the deck high so you can widen it? My trailer has drop axles and i thoguht bout flipping the springs, to make the deck wider, but deiced against it because the center of gravity will be higher and it wont tow as well. With it having the drop axles it is nice and low and would tow much better.
 
The only reason I am wanting to lift the trailer is to fit trailer wheels and tires. It now has car wheels and tires on it fine for a 2000 lb car not a 4000lb Jeep. it was build to carry race cars. The deck sets lower than most car trailers I have seen. with the spring over and new wheels it should put the deck at about 22-24 ins high
