I have searched and looked and pictures to try to come up with something here, most of what I find looks like crap, thoughtless that will do, good enough crap.

My first thought was to french the mount into the frame, but my shackle would hit before the front made it flush. So now Iam looking at one option and that's add to the frame rail. My #1 concern is safety, (my kids will be riding in this bad idea) #2 is how to make it look good, and not look like I just welded some able iron across the rail and called it a day.

Any ideas, suggestions, or critisisim?

Wish I could. I don't see how I could keep it straight, or cut all the through the frame is pretty wide right there. It also does a s type bend there as well

I have some 6" square tubing, 1/4" wall that I could use if this is a decent idea. I could just cut a section of the tubing to put back what I cut out of the rails. Good bad ?

Cut a section out all the way across like the market outline and weld in a piece to make up the mounting area of the shackle hanger.
