I am planning to Book a Spring Snow Goose Hunt in Southern Illinois. I am going to meet a few friends there from Michigan. Was checking to see if 1 or 2 people were interested in joining us. Cost around $400-500 for 2 days with lodging at a Rustic cabin with Modern amenities (running water, bath, full kitchen)

Give me a hollar if interested.

Here is a picture from the site.

i am not against hunting, most of my friends do, but that picture sucks. the guy on the right looks like he is wondernig why they killed so many.

Didn't expect this site to have any bleeding hearts. I only shoot what I will eat and I eat everything that I shoot. Most hunters I know are like that too.

Thanks, I do most of my hunting at Harris Teeter.

Someone killed it for you then.

What's really funny is to hear a group of vegans setting around and proclaiming that their choice of diet does not promote the killing of animals. I guess they don't realize that the combine that went through the soybean field to harvest their soy burgers killed more animals in one pass than any hunter or omnivore will in a lifetime.

Unfortunately it is the opposite with me ,most of the hunters I know just like to kill something. They will try to find someone who wants there kill but if they don't they dump it and go kill another.

I don't hunt, but I hate geese....... hmm......

Unfortunately there are a lot of hunters who don't make the most of their kill. A nice buck, they'll cut the antlers off and waste the animals body. That ain't right.....

How about a hog hunt in Texas? Watched a clip last night on the evening news and they are multiplying like a gasoline fire. One rancher said" there are two types of farmers here in Texas, those with a wild hog problem and those who are soon to have a wild pig problem".

To boot, Asia is paying $40/lb for feral hog meat!

Lock and load! Smoke um!

I love the sound of a 300 Win Mag bullet when it whaps what it hit. Speed definitely kills.

That's just like the SOB's in offroading (or any other sport) that think the rules & regs don't apply to them. They usally end up being the ones in sight when the general public is looking and then what they are doing is taken by the general public as being normal for all offroaders.

Its too bad that the bad apples of all the sports find their way to the top of the barrel for all the world to see.

I eat everything that I kill with a gun and some things that I have hit with the truck. I eat goose, duck, bear, deer, rabbit, Squirrel, and Turkey. They are all very good when prepared the proper way. About 10-20% of what I eat at home is either wild game or fish that I have caught.

If anyone has some property with animals on it and want them gone or don't mind a few disappearing I will pay you to let me hunt there!!

i will be dove hunting when the season comes back in after christmas. we have a huge feild that we hunt an ussally reach our limit in about an hour. ill let you know whhen we go if you like dove hunting.

Hmm, Co-worker hit a bear with his work van 2 weeks ago, did $5k damage to an '06 Dodge Sprinter.

This was east of Wilson Nc.

There is bound to be a pissed off bear with a limp around there somewhere, might want to track him down.
