Recently finished my project CJ-?. Went full width and did a spring over using some cheaper Superlift 1.5" YJ springs. Since October and roughly 1700 road miles and a couple trail rides, the springs have settled quite a bit. They've settled alot more than I expected. Threw the pinion angle off in the front and rear quite a bit. I need some suggestions on fixing this, other than degree shims. Is a helper spring even worth considering? I know I could get some better springs like Alcons, but is this same problem going to occur? Ive considered just doing a four link with coils and be done with it. Thanks, Travis

well, if you are having a hard time figuring out how to correct pinion angles and such, a 4 link and coils may be a more work than you are ready for... Most people going SPOA try to plan for sagging, even with well worn springs... New springs will almost always sag eventually... Cut off the perches reweld some new ones on at the angle you want, shouldn't be too tough...

Sagging was planned, but not this much. Springs are almost flat. Not really having a hard time figuring out how to correct the pinion angle, just trying to get some suggestions. Id rather not cut the perches off and reweld them at the angle I want, but thanks for the suggestion. Might just got with a four link, I like a challenge.
