Steel "Flex Display" Stand for Jeep

I've got a few car shows and kids events lined up and I was hoping someone could build me a basic version of one of these. I don't know how tall, maybe 24", or maybe 36"? Just something to be fun for people to see some of the rig's flex.

Crawl man come on!! What do you think them bling hi-lifts are use for??

Usually they have a detachable ramp to climb up on it.

Would be easy to build. Some tube or angle iron and a piece of plate steel for the top. I could prob make one out of scrap I have at the shop. I don't think you are close to me though
