Can anyone tell me what works best (easiest?) to remove the sticky residue left after removing the decals from my '84 Jeep? Thanks

Googone, or something like, that work wonders.

Go to napa and get an eraser wheel. Looks like a big pencil eraser. They work great and you can just chuck them up in a drill.

50/50 mix of rubbing alcohol and ammonia. Cheaper than all the rest, but smells like shit. Always works for me. Works really well on window tint glue.

Xylol is xylene, which works. I think xylene is a little harsh on the paint/clear coat.

Try some 99% IPA, or Isopropyl Alcohol. You can get it at lowes or Home depot. Plus it is the best glass cleaner you will ever buy.

This stuff is great we us it on all kinds of powder coated finish with no issues. But try it in a small spot that will be easy to touch up just in case it loosens up the paint.
