i heard from the cops a few times. basically, i call them and they call me back to let me know that there is still an open case that may some day get investigated.
as far as 4wheeling of raleigh (westgate rd.) goes, i tried to settle up with the owner and he basically blew me off. he said that his insurance deductible was high and that that he did not feel he was at fault- perhaps this is why he is being so irresponsible with regard to this matter.
in my opinion, this is just bad business.
anyhow, now i have to go to court and deal all kinds of crap... oh happy, happy day- NOT!
