One of my old clients.... posted on FB 15 hours ago. Probably just crossed the Rio Grande.

Welder is a Miller Big50 Diesel

It was locked in a storage building behind the plant [in Sanford, Northview area]. Cut the lock, hot wired the truck and used the torch on the truck to cut the lock on the main gate that could not be cut with bolt cutters.

They had one stolen 25 years ago. Same deal, it was parked in the warehouse, I think over a holiday vacation week, used oxyaxe on the truck to cut the door and gate locks. That one never has shown up.
 
Well that sucks.
Up here we've had a rash of delivery trucks... that were in use at the time... stolen.
FedEx truck carjacked in West Baltimore
In addition to that, two USPS trucks have been carjacked in the last two days.

And people wonder why I want to stay as far away from the city as possible...
