Storing a whole cooked pig overnight

Lolz didn't realize this was such an intensely followed thing
I found a guy who was gonna handle it. Then it turns out somebody else was "voluntold" to do it, another coworker, so first thing I did was point him to this thread :D.
From what I understand, he got it, it's just a long piglet, 40 lbs. Not big but too long to fit in a cooler. Still pretty hot at pickup. Wrapped it tight in clean plastic, then covered in another plastic sheet and sitting on and under lots of ice to cool it down, in the bed of a truck in his garage. the place told them "ah it'll be fine."
So we'll see...

@GONOVRIT , Mines on the basement waiting on a good use. It's an event cooler only.

We need a photo of said piglet ready to be consumed along with a brief review consisting of presentation, quality, and after thoughts.

Piglet. o_O Tell em to fix bacon next time....hope it goes well and nobody gets a sour tummy.

I guess this has been handled. But, for presentation, put chopped pork in pans to re-heat. Place pig head next to them on the table. They will get the picture:beer:

did any nuns or school children eat this pork? I sure hope not. I eat crap left over in the microwave 12 hours or so and I ain't died yet. I believe it's all in trainin that belly to handle it. The uber redneck friend-o-mine Kenneth eats the same stuff a buzzared does and I've never heard of him getting a tummy virus.
