Stuck ax-15 drain bolt

It is a side drain. I have tried all the tricks it is getting a little chewed up. Tommorow I will grind a slot and try a cold chisel. Any ideas?

6 point socket, long breaker bar and some shock load hits should do it.

Heat the surrounding case, then shoot the plug with some keyboard duster.

As big and accessible as it is, a big pair of vice grips, a pipe over the handle, and a 5 lbs. mallet will get things moving

Weld a nut to it, if the impact don't turn it loose..

Or remove it and take the top cover off and roll it upside down to drain it

vise grips are popping off, six point is not working with the poor mans impact, tried the heat wrench!

Pipe wrench won't slip if it sticks out enough..

Update. With a socket change I was able to get the 12v Milwaukee impact on it. It would not budge. I am throwing in the towel until later when I can get it in mine or my friends shop and go from there . At this point it will most likely be a cut it flush and retap since it is a hollow plug.

Might do that after you get back..I got my marching orders for the rest of the year not much time off. I have to get in camping and a bathroom remodel in there somewhere so I can have a shop again.
