Stupid metric bolt question

aftermarket is more than likely going to be an SAE stud, especially on a CJ.

Just go to the local farm supply and buy 1 nut of each different size. Once you find one that fits, youre good to go. Return the rest when you buy the rest of the nuts for the studs.

The black dots are studs in the bumper, non-removable,

Nothing is non-removable.

Do you happen to know WHO makes the bumper?
Can you take a pic of it?

Worse case scenario, and this seems drastic....go to AZ or AAP and borrow their tap and die set. Figure out what you are dealing with and go buy some nuts. BTW buy 2 more than you think you need.....

No idea who makes it. No markings that I can find. It looks like an E-bay Warn knock off.
