StyroFoam.... I need a huge sheet of it.

multiple sheets of styrofoam stacked on top of each other?

Maybe stagger them so the joints in the sheet arent all in the same place?

yep, but I think I am going to leave it in 3 sections, makes it easy to take in and out.

I don't think those 3 are compatible with each other.
 
There is a piece of styrofoam at the shop at work. I didn`t measure it but it`s roughly 4'x8' and 4' thick. We had some walk in cooler panels shipped to the shop and this piece was used for packing. I pulled it off to the side so it didn`t get thrown away. I`ll hold onto it if you want it.
