Subscribing to posts on Tapatalk

I can't subscribe to posts anymore on Tapatalk for iPhone. A week ago it was not a problem, but now it's giving me an error and won't let it happen. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I installed the latest version of their plugin for our server. If you continue having the error, you may have to reinstall the app on your phone.
