Subscription not showing

Hey guys. I paid the subscription and it's showing up as received on my PayPal account but I can't upload pictures so I was wondering if there was something else I need to do or is it a bug maybe?

Yea man i payed to renew my subscription and for a sticker as well on the 7th did it with my: jrraw at adelphia dot net email address, subscription still hasn't kicked back in.
