superduty on 46's vs Stock cummins

Well, it seems to me that is the same super duty that is for sale on pirate right now. It does not appear to have a front drive shaft in it to me. The Ford deffinetly got spooled up qucik, but his progress was halted as soon as the turbo spooled on the cummins. Oh well, basically proves nothing, such a strange match up, 2wd power stroke on 46s vs stock cummins dually.

Oh yeah, check out the suspension set up on the ford, it has leaves in the front, along with dual coilovers. I'm sure it flexes and rides like a dream:rolleyes:

The CTD doesn't sound totally stock to me... at the very least, an exhaust and some fueling....

But yeah, good point about 2wd vs 4wd... Didn't notice that...

But with that much height difference between the 2 hook points, that Ford shoulda drug that dually all over the place.

Yeah, i agree, i shouldn't have said stock. The cummins definetly would not smoke that hard without probably some pump tuning. I have to give the ford some credit though, it doesnt seem to have any problem turning over the 46s.

Sometimes I wish I did too...

(But that's only b/c I know I'm smart!)

I bet the same could be (and probably has been) said for us, taking perfectly good vehicles, spending alot of time and money modifying them, just to go bash them/break them/roll them on the rocks! :D

Though someone who gets off on a truck pull like that has obviously NEVER been on a good trail.. :)
