looking to have a survey done at my house for some backyard enhancements. I live in a strict HOA neighborhood with less than an acre. if I'm not spot on with what I do the fines and tear down would commence.

Any recommendations?

About – HensonFoley, Inc.

I am not sure where you are located but these guys are in the Charlotte area. I am a commercial real estate attorney in Charlotte but I believe these guys do residential too. Double check your HOA's rules as well to make sure that you don't need them to come out and look at what you are doing before you build it too.

My HOA makes me fill out a form before I put a fence up. I didn't do it and no one has complained yet but you never know!

I am a licensed surveyor and help run my father's business. My brother and I have been surveying since we could walk, and we are Jack Christian & Associates. We can do any type of surveying in NC & SC from design boundary/topos, ALTA surveys, to the residential survey which you need. Our website is www.CharlotteSurveying.com. Drop us a line, give us a call, or pm me, and I can send you my contact info.

Very familiar with my HOA due to other enhancements. Getting a survey is just for piece of mind since the structure I'm wanting to have built is very close to the line so I need to ensure setbacks etc..

I live on Mt Island Lake. I'll be reaching out.

+1 for Jack Christian & Associates. @DieselToyPullr is good people, and a damn good surveyor. Have had him out to survey 3 properties for me. Top quality work, timely, and professional. You won't be disappointed.
