Many years ago, I seen something like this in a full size rig size. Maybe not with these abilities ( I never got to see them hit stuff) But I remember passing these rigs on the trail, and if you ever been to Tellico, you know how much of a PIA that could be. Anyway, the things hugged the bank, and like this vid, the tires went up on the bank, but, kept the driver level. I do remember they were chain driven. Only time I ever seen them, I figured must not work too well since it didn't catch on.
 
I've seen a lot of UK-built weirdness for trials competition. They do gnarly stuff and it's all based on lightweight and nimble instead of heavy and tank-like.
