SYE 8.8 driveshaft

I have a 99 Cherokee with an 8.8 in the rear, just did a sye and was told an automatic Cherokee front driveshaft would fit... well it doesn't so now I have a fwd jeep. I have the 8.8 flange adapter on the jeep right now.

Does anyone know where to get a spacer for that or a longer yoke adapter to fit a Cherokee driveshaft, I need about an inch more than I have now? cause they are a dime a dozen. Or should I get it lengthened or just bite the bullet and get a custom made driveshaft?

I would get a new shaft with a thicker wall than the stock XJ shaft rather than paying to lengthen the stock front but it is all in what you can afford.
