SYE Kit..Which One? Driveshaft?

Im not receiving any vibrations from my xj w/4.5" RC lift, just wanna make this right before i do some serious trailriding. So my question is everyone and their momma has a SYE kit, are they all the same? anyone better than other? diff between HD SYE and SYE? Can you use a driveshaft off of a vehicle or you have to buy custom deal? Any help is appreciated.

I run the Advanced Adapters heavy duty SYE on my 231 and have had no issues. I have friends that went with the much cheaper PORC or whatever SYEs and they've had no issues either. Take it for what it is. Hell, I know people that run hack n taps that don't have problems. As for a driveshaft, grab a front driveshaft out of an XJ or Explorer from a junkyard and take it to a shop to have it retubed to the proper length.
