Table Top Drafting Table

With as many engineers and architects there are on these forum hopefully someone will be able to provide some input. I'm looking a small table top drafting table for work. Can't be any larger than 36"w x 24"L.
 
I got rid of one a few years ago, with the parallel guides on string pulleys and the whole deal. Belonged to my grandfather but I couldn't justify keeping it because I had zero use for it.

What are you actually looking for, something with the grid on the surface and an adjustable tilt top and adjustable height?

Tilt, grid, t-square are the big things. There's a lot of small stuff that I draw up that is easier/faster to do by hand.
