Have a tacoma just wondering what the best way to double it and keep the left hand drop. Its a 2000 v6 with an automatic. Also we are putting this case in a 93 v6, how do you double it and make the case have a right hand drop.

inchworm adapter

right hand drop being driver side or pass?

Blake you are confusing us. You are talking about two diffrent trucks, correct? Yours and Wills?

yea I need to double a 3.4 transfer case and keep the left and drop. Will needs to double a 3.4 case and make it a right hand drop.

can you use a top shift from a 81-83 and mate it with the chain driven tcase.

From what I remember for a tacoma you need a fuel injected top shift case. I want to say mine I used was an 87 but that was 5 years ago so I can't recall exactly. What I do remeber was I had constant problems out of Marlins product and some of it was just simple carelessness on their part. I finally got in touch w/ someone over at Marlin who took the time to try and make things right, would actually talk to and call back and work with you on situations but I doubt he still works there. Won't go into details here but I'd suggest Jim over at inchworm gear or Chris over at Trail Gear

You will also have to redo your exagust...

The exhaust went with the sas so thats not much of a problem. I have been looking at marlin but $1500 is alot of money to drop. Thats why I was hopeing for a case I could find around and double it up.

Inchworm definetly... Inchworm also makes a "lefty" setup, basically adapts a gear driven case to the tacoma (makes the gear t-case left side output). Doing this you could do a 4.7 kit in the "lefty" and not have to do dual cases, although duals gives you more choices.

inchwormgear.com is the site I think

inch worm has better shit for the tacos

I like the inchworm doublers and the gear sets. Plus the pricing is a lot better. Thanks for all the help.
