So who wears or has it and how does it work and do you use it? I wear shorts most all year long and want to try some conceal carry shorts and clothes for work.
I move too much and have to get on and off of equipment, not to mention strapping a blower and sprayers on my on and off all day long.

X3 on a good belt. My everyday belt is one made for carrying holsters and has zero stretch to it. I think I paid $20 or so for it.

If you're carrying something compact like a .380, it's hard to beat a pocket holster and back pocket carry. It looks like a wallet if the grip doesn't prrint too much.

Check out a sticky holster, i have 3 different ones for 3 different carry pistols.....

The guy who wears the Blackhawk pants, tactical polo and 511 boots is the guy who gets shot first.
Being "tactical" is about blending in, being the "grey man" not about SWAT wear.
Look like the others in your surroundings, be grey on the outside and GTG on the inside.

Hence why I only mentioned a belt. I am but a devil disguised in dingey work clothes. ;)

Back when my dad lived in NC we had a points contest for finding the most tactically overdressed folks at the gun show.
That being said, 5.11 pants are dang comfy.

511 pants almost every day. Not being tactical but they are mucho comfy. Also have lots of "storage". Also just a t-shirt and black adidas tennis shoes

I prefer the Fit and feel of the True Spec 24/7 pants. My old employer furnished all 511 gear and I still would wear the 24/7's. In the end it's all about what is comfortable and functional.

Tactical to me is wearing my belt one notch larger than normal. I wear XL long shirts so they fit but are able to conceal my, ahem, cell phone case(s).
Like someone else said, being concealed/ tactical is blending in where you and your person look no different than anyone else.

Yeah I mean blending in is so much better than being a gear-queer or tacti-cool. But just being aware of your situation, being observant while not appearing to have your head on a swivel. Being proficient in your weapons training and how you wear your gear is a lot more beneficial. I wore a lot of civilian clothes while in the military doing military things does that account for anything?

Duluth jeans offer relax fit to easily conceal watch ever your choice of carry an not make you look like the tacti-cool guy. The whole purpose of conceal carry is not to look any different than the next guy.

Not that it would ever happen

I ever get ill intentions my first two shots go into the most obvious person

Just say'n
