ok had problems before, but had it somewhat fixed. When i bought my 01 TJ someone had cut the original pigtail off. So i had to hardwire the right tail light. Took awhile but i fixed it. I bought some tail lights and another pigtail off of a 97 TJ (make it look better and hopefully work better) Well i wired it up like it should have been, but now all sorts of problems. The brake lamps stay on, left signal works, but makes right one blink too, left signal does nothing when the lights are on. What the crap is wrong?

sounds like ground is crossed with the running lights and the blinker with the running lights.

You got it I think Like this

Running Lights -> Left Run Light -> Right Ground
Left Blinker -> Left blinker
Right Blinker -> Right Brake
Brake Light -> Left Brake -> Right Run light

That's guessing now, based on your explanation of what it does. it may be wrong, but its definitely changed up the wiring of the tail light. (like I'm assuming you just plugged in the TJ light pigtail)

Check it out with a test light and rewire it.
