TCC problem 4L60E

Does any one have any problem with a TCC on a Chevy Truck 1500 4X4, where it will not engages by it self unless you release the throttle slightly, all the parameter look ok on the scanner and the CC command is there.

Might be low pump pressure, loose valve body bolts, filter restriction, low fluid level, broken accumulator spring, lots of miles on hard parts, OD pressure piston "O" ring failure.

Line pressure good,filter and oil condition good no sign of metal or contaminationm valve body bolt are torque to spec, also I just replaced the TCC selonoid and harness and I fixing to drive the truck to see how it does. If still not working I guest I have to going to rebuilt the trasn, it had only 156th miles on it.
