Tellico - Mid/Late Jan

Any one up for the ride. I figure a month, month and a half is long enough for everyone to button up their rides.
 
i would love to go if this is open to anyone, i don't really know anybody on this board. But Tellico is close to me. As long as i don't jack anything up when i go to Harlan in 2 weeks i would be up for a ride late Jan.
 
We're planning a ride up there around the middle to end of Jan... i'll let you know some details as they develop. We usually book a cabin and will probably head up Thursday afternoon and come back on Sunday.
 
Yeah its open to everyone.... I have no problem with the 19-21
You say Cabin.... Like a two family cabin or 2 person?
 
With 2 and slickrock shutdown for the winter it looks like I'll be heading to Harlan that wknd. Hell, its even closer with more trails and obstacles.
 
As of 4.30 pm today the ranger station said that slickrock ,pecker wood and lower 2 will close..It could be anytime there not sure when could be 1 day or 30 days .Not set in stone yet..That it what the ranger said today...

Dumb question for the day: where's Harlan?

Talked to a ranger yesterday at tellico he said that he didn't think they were going to close 2 and 9 this year but they may next year but he said it would only be closed a month or two.
