Temporary Weighted Tags

Anyone bought some recently? The 3 day tags and such.
I used to drive/operate a crane (20 years ago), and we had to buy these ocassionally if we had a big load. What's the cost and rules now days?

most of those permits are for 18 wheelers, etc. I don't think they are offered for "not for hire" or private vehicles

We used to get them for our cranes but they were $75 +/- and were only good for 1 day.
