I personally wouldnt pay an exterminator without it. From my POV you arent paying for the pesticide it is just a cheap insurance plan.

The guy down here is $595 on a new purchase house under 3k sqft and $99/yr.

Yeah, I made sure to ask and he does include the termite bond and is $95/yr.
 
Guy came out yesterday to treat our house for termites. He even popped open some of the caps where our concrete slab had been previously treated and sprayed in those and also did inside the house. We ended up going with All Season Pest Control and the guy Jason is a real stand up guy and did a great job and has always done what he said he was going to do and been on time.
